We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with other team members, and helping to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

SUMMARY
The Crew Member is responsible for delivering great and friendly service. You’ll prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. You’ll work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
● Adhere to company standards and service levels.
● Follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
● Follow operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
● Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
● Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
● Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
● Must be eligible to work in the United States.

WORKING CONDITIONS
● Hours may vary if crew member must fill in for his/her fellow employees or if emergencies arise
● Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
● Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operates phones, computers and other office equipment.
